At Kinnecto, we are committed to providing creators, brands, and businesses with a reliable platform for creator growth, automation, and collaboration. This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how subscription cancellations and refunds are handled.
By subscribing to any Kinnecto plan, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Free Plan
Kinnecto may offer a Free Plan that allows users to access limited features at no cost.
- Users may discontinue use of the Free Plan at any time.
- No payment is required for the Free Plan.
- Users may upgrade to a paid plan whenever they choose.
2. Monthly Subscription Plans
Users may cancel their Monthly Subscription at any time through their account settings or by contacting Kinnecto Support.
Cancellation
- Cancellations must be made before the next billing date to avoid renewal charges.
- Once canceled, the subscription will not renew for the following billing cycle.
Refund Policy
- Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable.
- No refunds will be issued for partially used subscription periods.
- Users will continue to have access to premium features until the end of their current billing period.
3. Annual Subscription Plans
Users may cancel their Annual Subscription at any time.
Cancellation
- Cancellation prevents automatic renewal at the end of the annual term.
Refund Policy
- Annual subscription fees are non-refundable.
- No partial refunds will be provided for unused months.
- Users will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the active subscription period.
4. Creator Marketplace and Collaboration Services
Kinnecto may facilitate creator-brand connections, campaign opportunities, or talent management services. Unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement:
- Fees paid for creator services, campaign placements, talent management, promotional activities, or partnership opportunities are non-refundable.
- Kinnecto does not guarantee campaign results, creator growth, engagement, or revenue outcomes.
5. Failed or Duplicate Payments
If you are charged multiple times for the same subscription due to a technical error:
- Contact our support team within 14 days.
- Verified duplicate charges will be refunded to the original payment method.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
6. Abuse of Refund Policy
To protect the platform and community, Kinnecto reserves the right to refuse refunds or terminate accounts where users:
- Repeatedly subscribe and cancel to exploit promotional offers.
- Engage in fraudulent activity.
- Violate Kinnecto's Terms and Conditions.
- Abuse free trials or referral programs.
7. Service Availability
Refunds will not be issued due to:
- Changes made by third-party platforms (such as Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, or other integrated services).
- Temporary service interruptions.
- Internet connectivity issues outside Kinnecto's control.
- User error or misuse of the platform.
8. Changes to This Policy
Kinnecto reserves the right to update or modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
